About Cliff Bramble:  Cliff was one of the co-founders of Rathbun's Restaurants in Atlanta. They included Rathbun's, Krog Bar, Kevin Rathbun Steak, and KR SteakBar.  Over a fifteen-year time period, he helped build some of the highest grossing restaurants in Atlanta and some of the best restaurants in the United States. With his knowledge and experience, the restaurants received local, regional and national recognition by magazines like Esquire, Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, Details, Playboy, the TODAY Show, and the Food Network.  During that time, Cliff was recognized by the Georgia Restaurant Association as a Restaurateur of the Year.  

With forty years of restaurant operations and hotel experience in casual, upscale, catering, and full service restaurant segments, Cliff has built restaurants from the ground up, retro-fitted restaurants, and has opened four Marriott Hotels working in food and beverage operations.  His experience has included operating hotel restaurants, hotel room service areas, independent coffee houses, wholesale bakeries, coffee and wine bars, casual, upscale, and full-service restaurants.

Cliff also owned Noble Fin restaurant in Gwinnett County. which was recognized as one of the best in the county.

In 2021, he authored the best selling Amazon business book called The Business Side of Restaurants and in 2022 his debuted his second best-selling business book called The Marketing Side of Restaurants.  His third business book will debut in 2023 and will be called The Operations Side of Restaurants. 

From his books, Cliff developed Coursini, (mini online business courses) which cover starting, opening, operations, and all business information pertaining to operating and opening restaurants.  There are over fifty business courses available online at Coursini.com for individuals, colleges, and companies alike.

His earlier experience with management included working with the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group along with earlier hotel experience with Marriott Hotels throughout Southern California. (San Diego, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Newport Beach) Cliff's background within commercial, residential, and vacation rental real estate investments allows him first-hand knowledge in key areas of banking, loans, finance, development, real estate opportunities, leasing, and overall know how, which can assist in all levels of restaurant, real estate or business operations.  Investing in real estate led him to get his Georgia REALTOR'S License where he can now help others in locating, buying and selling real estate.

​Cliff has been a board member of the Southwest Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, and has been an invited speaker for the Gwinnett Rotary, and the Peachtree Corners Chamber of Commerce. He founded Peachtree Corners Restaurant Week, and was the co-founder of Inman Park Restaurant Week.
